The Service operates via a web application accessible at cmostack.ai and through APIs. Features include AI-powered agents for brand strategy, content creation, PR, fundraising narratives, and related tasks.
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Outputs generated by CMOStack agents — including but not limited to brand strategy, legal drafts, PR materials, fundraising narratives, and financial analysis — are for informational and drafting purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. Always consult qualified professionals before acting on AI-generated outputs.
AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any output produced by the Service.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and taking responsibility for any outputs you use, publish, or distribute. CMOStack is a drafting and intelligence tool, not a substitute for human judgment.
You retain ownership of all content you input into the Service ("Input") and all outputs generated using your Input ("Output"). We claim no ownership over your brand data, company information, or AI-generated outputs.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your Input and generate Outputs solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you. We do not use your brand data to train shared models or expose it to other users.
The Service, including its software, agents, advisory system, user interface, and underlying technology, is owned by CMOStack and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service.
New accounts receive trial access to the Service. Trial access may be limited in features, usage volume, or duration at our discretion.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access through that period.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or for any reason with reasonable notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@cmostack.ai.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately. We may retain your data for up to 90 days before deletion, unless you request earlier deletion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CMOStack and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity — arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CMOStack regarding the Service.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We collect the minimum data needed to run the Service. We do not sell your data. We do not share your brand intelligence with other users. Your outputs belong to you.
Name, email address, and company name provided at registration. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.
Information you provide about your company — including your one-liner, target audience, differentiator, brand voice, and related fields — used to personalize agent outputs.
Agent interactions, outputs generated, accepted outputs, timestamps, and feature usage. This data powers your Company Intelligence profile and the system's compounding intelligence layer.
IP address, browser type, device type, and session identifiers. Used for security, rate limiting, and abuse prevention.
Your data is stored in MongoDB Atlas, hosted on cloud infrastructure in the United States. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, and session token authentication.
No security system is impenetrable. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
